WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

Chef Jada is located in Charlotte, NC. However, she serves all areas within the United States for a traveling fee starting at $150.00

CAN I CHOOSE FROM A MENU?

Chef Jada prides herself on her versatility, clients are encouraged to challenge the Chef with ideas of foods they would love her to make for their special occasion. However, the Chef can make recommendations based on a privatized menu for the client.

HOW CAN I BOOK FOR CATERING OR PRIVATE DINING?

IS IT OKAY IF I WATCH OR HELP?

While Chef Jada appreciates our clients wanting to be involved, the Chef has a specific style of producing dishes and an amazing experience for her clients. When distracted, this can impact the accuracy, quality, etc. of the client’s dish. It is recommended that the Chef is uninterrupted while preparing food so that she can produce safe, delicious, and quality meals. She will be happy to discuss any of your concerns, questions, etc. before or after your catering/dining experience.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A SERVICE?

Chef Jada typically does not accept bookings the week of an event. Bookings are based on availability and ability to produce a quality experience. Accepting bookings within the week are at the discretion of the Chef and will have a fee associated with acceptance. It is recommended to book 3-4 weeks prior to your event to allow time for a proper consultation, Chef’s preparation, and travel if required.

HOW MUCH IS IT FOR CATERING AND/OR PRIVATE DINING?

Minimums are outlined under the “Book Online” page. Pricing varies dependent upon the type of event, the number of guests, menu selected, venue, etc. Please go through the “Request a Consultation” to get the most accurate pricing for your event.

DO YOU SELL PLATES?

No. Chef Jada’s primary focuses are catering and private dining.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR RECIPES?

Select recipes will be available for sell on the website. Announcements will be made accordingly.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

Clients are afforded 10 days prior to the date of their event to cancel services. If for any reason the client is not able to pay agreed upon charge on the date outlined in the agreement this will result in an automatic cancellation and the client will be removed from the Chef’s calendar.

Please Note: The Chef is willing to work with clients when there is a line of communication. The Chef must be notified via email within 24 hours of the missed payment for event to be reviewed and retained on the calendar (discretion of the chef).
