Exclusions

Drinks are not included in any of the services offered by Chef Jada of Jada Jo’s Kitchen unless specified by the Chef. Occasionally she may be able to source drinks for you. Please discuss this during your consultation prior to your event. Waiting staff will only serve food and are unable to serve your drinks. If drink services are required a drink server must be provided via the client.

Right to Decline or Terminate Agreement and/or Service

Jada Jo’s Kitchen will not tolerate any violent, threatening behavior, physical aggression or verbal abuse to any of the staff or representatives. If this happens the team will vacate the property immediately and the booking will not continue. No refund will be issued, and legal proceedings may be issued against you as the client.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Jada Jo’s Kitchen for personal injury or death caused by negligence of Jada Jo’s Kitchen.

Chef Jada reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice.

Jada Jo’s Kitchen in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, with or without cause or reason. Jada Jo’s Kitchen also reserves the right to add, delete or change fees or charges at any time upon notice as provided in this Contract.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina and any disputes will be decided only by the North Carolina courts.
