Select a time that you will be available to review the details of your event. From here continue to the next step by selecting “Next.”

Complete the Form

Complete the provided form as accurately as possible, once you’ve completed the form select “Pay Now” to secure your consultation slot.

Pending Approval

You will receive a confirmation. Please read all corresponding disclosures. You may be contacted to reschedule your consultation due to changes in Chef availability.

For additional information regarding how Jada Jo’s Kitchen operates, please review policies and other information under the “More Info” tab. It is also recommended to review the Customer Agreement prior to booking your consultation. This information will be reviewed once more during the consultation to ensure client understanding and willingness to adhere to terms & conditions outlined within the agreement.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are booking your event outside of the recommended booking range (review Customer Agreement under our “More Info” tab) you are subject to a charge of $150.00 or more. Please note this short notice fee, in addition to your consultation fee, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
